Saw this in a facebook group, now I’m trying to convince my mom to buy since she’s been wanting a small/midsize crossover. Judging by the VIN, it’s the 7th one made, out of around 800.

Wow - the 9-7X seems to be relatively common around me, but I can’t recall the last time I saw one of these.

9-7x is uncommon but not exactly rare, since several thousand were made, similar to the Chrysler Aspen. But like I said, according to the Saab museum, only 814 9-4x were made worldwide, with most (if not all) coming to the US.

these arent bad cars, since it’s based off the Cadillac SRX or whatever the letters were (current XT5). It got good reviews at the time, only downside would be finding parts

Hot take: I’d rather have one of these than pretty much every other crossover/SUV, except the Bentayga and Urus

They look nifty but aren’t these thing heavy as hell? Even the 300hp ones were pretty pokey.

I had to write one of these off once in a claim. Sad day.

There were actually over 60k 9-7X’s produced. The 9-7X Aero with the 6.0L V8 is pretty rare though - only 554 produced.
